Funeral Dr. B.F. ten Bosch

My father Berend passed away at the age of 72 after a year-long struggle with health problems. One of his last wishes was to be buried in Zorgvlied, Drenthe where his mother and his father (my grandmother and grandfather) were buried. My father was an international businessman with an excellent sense of style and class.

We wanted to make sure that the funeral was conducted in the way that he would have wanted it to be conducted. When I found Ellen, I immediately knew that I had found the right person to make this possible.

From the very first discussion which I had with her to plan the funeral, she knew exactly what my family and I had in mind, from the smaller details like flowers to the larger details like the funeral ceremony sequence. The funeral was attended by 35 guests, some of which did not speak Dutch. Ellen speaks perfect English and was eloquently able to lead the funeral in English. The funeral was perfect, from start to finish. I am very thankful to Ellen for this. It was a beautiful day and each of us was able to peacefully say goodbye to my father.
